My areas of specialty:

Commercial and contractual disputes, insurance law (public, product, and D&O liability and policy issues); Fair Trading Act, defamation, sales and marketing law (including consumer issues), media law, information and privacy law; recoveries.

What I enjoy about my work:

“I get a lot of satisfaction from helping clients understand the legal and
practical issues they face, and their options. I enjoy helping clients avoid
problems as much as I enjoy helping them solve disputes by the most
suitable dispute resolution process. I like being regarded by clients as part of their business team.”

a willingness to go the extra distance whenever needed. I’m thorough,
a good communicator and am cost/benefit focused. From my former
experience as a journalist, I’m also able to provide clients with a PR
perspective.”

Things I enjoy outside work:

“Most of my spare time is spent with my family; but I also find some time
to play bass guitar in a covers rock band, and in a music group at our
local Anglican church.”
