About me:

“I have over 20 years experience as a legal executive specialising in commercial and residential property transactions.”

“Prior to joining Morgan Coakle I worked at a boutique law firm in a varied role acting for private clients in their various guises whether a family trust, corporate or other ownership on commercial and residential sales and purchase of family homes and commercial/investment properties. I was dealing with various issues that arose of those transactions including ownership structures, cross-leasing and financing arrangements. I have extensive experience with both land and multi-storey unit subdivision transactions.”
